We got out half a dozen cars and Jeeps on the Marches this year in the sun and the warmth.  The guys had a great time entertaining the folk who were packed at the side of the road…..happy Marches!!

This was followed by our 26th May Farmers Market, road run and lunch at the Torphichen Inn and a visit to Donaldson’s School’s Spring Fayre to join and support  the JockMogs….an excellent sunny and warm day.

1937 Singer Bantam at the Cross - September 2009

One of the last Singer Bantams in the UK had its 1st public outing in many years at the Linlithgow Farmers Market in September.  The car was purchased by one of the group’s members after sitting unused and rotting away in an Edinburgh lock up for a number of years.  When the car was on show a number of older members of the public commented they could remember seeing these cars before World War II.  The picture shows group members showing off this fine old machine.
